$178 mob/demob Responsibilities Support commissioning and testing activities for the Grid-side substation scope of the NIPSCO Schahfer Gas Peaker Project Provide on-site leadership during energization and field commissioning of substations and GSUs Manage daily field operations, ensuring safety and project compliance Coordinate with engineering, construction, and commissioning teams to meet project deadlines Lead the troubleshooting, testing, and energization processes as required Requirements Strong experience in substation, GSU, energization, and field commissioning leadership Previous on-site support for substation projects required Ability to support schedule increasing to 6/10s in October and beyond Excellent leadership and communication skills Availability to begin support in September 2026 through December 31, 2026 System One, and its subsidiaries including Joulé and Mountain Ltd., are leaders in delivering outsourced services and workforce solutions across North America.
