MITIGATION SUPERINTENDENT POSITION SUMMARY

The Mitigation Superintendent is the lead field presence on all mitigation projects, responsible for directing crews, driving jobsite execution, and ensuring work is performed with urgency, skill, and compassion. This role bridges field operations and project management, keeping work aligned with defined scope, schedule, and company standards.

MISSION 1.

Lead field crews in all aspects of mitigation. 2. Ensure jobs are completed in alignment with the scope of work and schedule. 3. Reinforce core values and approved processes across all projects. 4. Ensure all IICRC and OSHA guidelines are followed on jobsites. 5. Lead by example to support profitable mitigation project execution.

OUTCOMES 1.

Maintain ≥ 95% of projects completed within defined scope and schedule. 2. Maintain ≥ 95% customer satisfaction score across all assigned projects. 3. Maintain ≥ 90% of field technicians meeting training and performance expectations. 4. Maintain zero documented IICRC or OSHA violations on supervised jobsites. 5. Maintain 100% of temp labor timesheets submitted accurately and on time.

RESPONSIBILITIES 1.

Field Leadership a. Lead field crews and subcontractors to ensure work is completed safely and in accordance with IICRC standards b. Reinforce company values onsite during projects. c.

Lead execution of mitigation work in alignment with the approved scope of work. 2. Training & Development a. Train and develop Mitigation Technicians in company processes, equipment use, and jobsite expectations. b. Reinforce adherence to company standards, safety requirements, and core values. c. Provide feedback and guidance to improve technician performance. 3. Client & Project Communication a. Serve as primary on-site contact for clients and project managers. b. Provide daily updates to the Project Manager on job progress. c. Communicate with clients to maintain alignment on project status and expectations. 4. Emergency Response a. Respond to emergency mitigation calls and lead initial job setup and execution. b. Ensure vehicles, trailers, and extraction equipment are properly outfitted, maintained, and ready for response. c. Coordinate crew mobilization and resource deployment at the onset of emergency response. 5. Inspection & Documentation a. Perform initial job inspections and monitor job progress. b. Ensure proper use and readiness of materials and equipment on jobsites. c. Ensure required documentation, setup, and tracking are completed in alignment with company processes.

TYPICAL DAY

This position reports directly to the Mitigation Manager. The Mitigation Superintendent is the primary field presence across all active mitigation projects, leading crews, conducting site inspections, and maintaining alignment between field execution and project expectations. A typical day includes jobsite visits, technician coordination, documentation oversight, and response to emerging project needs. Typical work hours are 8:00 AM
