Physical Requirements & Working Environment:

The employee must be of sound body and mind. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts; high, precarious places; particulate matter, and outside weather conditions. The employee can be exposed to risks of electrical and mechanical hazards. The employee is occasionally exposed to hazardous chemicals. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and talk or hear. The employee must be capable of lifting and/or moving up to 100 pounds. Must be capable of rescuing a teammate anywhere in the tower in the event of an emergency with proper training. Must be able to work in extreme weather conditions (hot and cold).

Required Skills:

Ability to work on different wind turbine platforms Must be able to travel up to 100% of the time Ability to work with minimal supervision, given proper instructions Ability to understand and follow customary instructions in order to perform the essential functions of the position in a satisfactory manner Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and work procedures Ability to write routine reports Maintain adherence to company policies and safety standards

Job Requirements:

Authorized to work in the US Active Driver's License Must pass a background check and drug test Ge Loto Certification At least 2 years of experience in the Wind Industry Must reside in Texas or Oklahoma.

Expected hours:

No less than 40.0 per week
