Job Description Schedule:

4/10s start times at 6/7 am Monday

• Thursday with potential OT depending on the project/client

•

Crew Leadership:

Supervise 2 to 3 crew members, run daily safety meetings, and assign tasks. Develop Technician 2s into future Leads by giving them responsibility and teaching them how to think beyond an individual task

Project Oversight:

Read and interpret customer prints, track schedules, and keep projects compliant with safety and quality rules.
