Compensation Range:

$30,200 - $45,300

What You'll Do:

Enters routine data in accounting records. Audits and reconciles checks and service orders against invoices. Maintains documentation for compliance to policies and procedures for internal audits. Codes invoices to general ledger codes. Files and maintains vendor files. Answers vendor inquiries. Refers difficult or unusual problems to higher-level clerk or more experienced personnel. May include other duties as assigned by Management.

What We're Looking For:

Education Any combination of education or experience equivalent to a high school diploma Experience 0 - 1 years of experience in data entry Skills/Certifications Good Organizational Skills Strong Math aptitude and ability to work accurately with numbers Strong skills in10-key data entry Why Total?
