Responsibilities:

Plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate, and direct the Maintenance Department, its programs, and activities Develop and maintain written maintenance policies and procedures Assist the maintenance staff in the development and use of departmental policies, procedures, equipment, supplies, etc. Make written and oral reports and recommendations to the Administrator, as necessary or required, concerning the operation of the Maintenance Department Must have, as a minimum, three (3) years experience in a supervisory capacity, in a maintenance or plant-related position Must be knowledgeable of boilers, compressors, generators, etc., as well as various mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems Must have the ability to read and interpret blueprints Must be knowledgeable in building codes and safety regulations
