Client Services Supervisor/Manager Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and adaptable individual to join our team as a Warehouse Production Coordinator. You will support manufacturing and production operations by preparing shipments, managing inventory, and ensuring materials are properly handled, stored, and distributed. This position operates in a highly regulated environment and requires strict adherence to safety standards, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and quality expectations.
Schedule & Pay:
  • Monday -
Friday:
7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
  • Pay rate: $20.40/hr Responsibilities
  • Prepare and process domestic and international shipments accurately and on time
  • Fulfill internal customer orders and support production supply needs
  • Retrieve, stage, package, label, and ship products following strict procedures
  • Handle specialized materials including dry ice and liquid nitrogen safely
  • Receive, store, and issue inventory materials while maintaining accurate records
  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment as required
  • Perform secondary duties in manufacturing areas, including gowning and cleanroom support
  • Clean, sterilize, and prepare equipment and glassware for production use
  • Maintain accurate documentation and system updates in SAP and Microsoft Office
  • Follow all safety protocols, including hazardous waste handling and disposal procedures
  • Assist with equipment setup, operation, and basic troubleshooting support
  • Participate in training and support onboarding of new team members
  • Contribute to SOP updates and continuous improvement initiatives Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required; additional education preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in warehouse, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, or regulated environments preferred
  • Forklift experience strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with SAP and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) preferred
  • Experience handling materials such as dry ice and/or liquid nitrogen is a plus
  • Strong communication skills (reading, writing, and verbal)
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Flexible availability, including overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed Apply Now!
