Yes - Multi-Facility Oversight Position Integrity Senior Healthcare Management is seeking a hands-on, dependable, and motivated Maintenance Director to oversee maintenance operations across multiple Assisted Living and Memory Care communities throughout North Carolina. We are looking for a strong leader who is willing to travel between facilities, build and support maintenance teams, improve processes, and ensure our communities remain safe, functional, and well-maintained for our residents and staff. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, leading teams, and taking ownership of facility operations across several locations. Responsibilities Oversee maintenance operations for multiple Assisted Living communities Lead, train, and support facility Maintenance staff Help build and strengthen maintenance teams across all locations Ensure facilities remain compliant with safety standards and regulations Assist with preventative maintenance programs and emergency repairs Coordinate and prioritize work orders across communities Travel regularly to facilities to inspect buildings, address concerns, and support on-site teams Troubleshoot HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general building maintenance issues Work closely with Administrators and Operations leadership regarding facility needs Assist with vendor coordination and project oversight when needed Help ensure grounds, resident areas, and common spaces are properly maintained Qualifications Previous maintenance leadership or multi-site maintenance experience preferred Experience in Assisted Living, healthcare, apartment, hotel, or facility maintenance preferred Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects and facilities at one time Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance repairs Must be dependable, organized, and willing to travel frequently Must have a valid driver's license Must carry active vehicle insurance Must have a reliable vehicle for travel between facilities Ability to respond to urgent facility needs when necessary Travel & Benefits Company-paid mileage reimbursement Hotel accommodations provided when overnight travel is needed Meals covered during travel Potential future opportunity for company truck provided What We're Looking For We are seeking someone who is not afraid to jump in and help where needed, can build a strong maintenance culture, and will hold teams accountable while supporting them at the same time.
