We are seeking someone with hands-on experience in welding, truck and trailer repair, and heavy equipment maintenance. Responsibilities Perform general maintenance and repair work on trucks, trailers, and heavy equipment Assist with welding and fabrication projects Diagnose mechanical issues and complete repairs efficiently Conduct preventative maintenance inspections Maintain a clean and safe work environment Support shop operations and equipment upkeep as needed Requirements Experience with welding and metal fabrication Knowledge of truck and trailer repair Heavy equipment maintenance experience required Ability to troubleshoot mechanical problems Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to lift heavy materials and work in a shop environment Valid driver's license preferred Compensation Pay based on experience Location Superior, WI We are looking for someone who is motivated, experienced, and ready to be part of a hardworking team.
