Pay Rate:

$49.24/hour Summary Description The Maintenance Team Lead is responsible for leading maintenance operations during the shift, ensuring equipment reliability, team performance, and adherence to safety and quality standards. This role combines hands-on technical expertise with leadership, coaching, and coordination of maintenance activities. What You'll Be Doing Ensure all safety standards are followed, including LOTO, PPE, and safe machine operation Maintain safe and efficient operating conditions for all production equipment Follow GMP and product quality requirements Train and support new maintenance team members Assign and manage work orders, ensuring timely completion Coach and guide technicians through preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance tasks Ensure accurate completion of work orders (labor, parts, downtime, root cause, resolution) Monitor team performance including attendance, skill levels, and KPI adherence Escalate issues related to safety, quality, and downtime to leadership Support ongoing plant and maintenance improvement projects Manage shift coverage and staffing needs Participate in Global Performance System (GPS) activities including audits, safety initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts We'd Love to Hear From You If You have strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting experience You have experience with PLCs, motor drives, and control systems You understand hydraulic and pneumatic systems You can read and interpret electrical schematics and technical data You are organized and able to prioritize multiple tasks You communicate effectively and lead by example You have experience in a high-speed manufacturing environment You have experience with CMMS systems Qualifications Technical school diploma with 3+ years of experience or high school diploma with 5+ years of experience Minimum 12 months of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment Electrical maintenance experience required Industry experience in flexible packaging (blown film, extrusion, printing, lamination, slitting) preferred Benefits At TOPPAN Packaging Americas, we offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package designed to support overall wellbeing.
