Chicagoland Home Products is a fast-growing, design-driven manufacturer of custom storage solutions and premium window coverings based in Elk Grove Village, IL, and soon moving to Melrose Park. From closets and home offices to garages, pantries, and more — we design, manufacture, and install high-quality solutions that transform homes. We're looking for a skilled Cabinet Vision professional who enjoys precision, collaboration, and seeing their work move seamlessly from design to production. If you have a strong background in closet systems and cabinetry and thrive in a hands-on, growing environment, this is an excellent opportunity to make a real impact. What You'll Do Create detailed shop and installation drawings using Cabinet Vision Prepare accurate files for CNC machining Partner closely with the shop and installation teams to ensure accuracy and efficiency Produce precise material take-offs to support the design team Manage and coordinate product ordering to keep projects on schedule Play a key role in ensuring smooth execution from design through installation This role is essential to our success and combines technical expertise, organization, and clear communication. What We're Looking For 3+ years of experience using Cabinet Vision (required) Some knowledge of custom closets and cabinetry construction Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and accuracy Positive, team-oriented attitude with strong communication skills Valid driver's license and proficiency in English Ability to commute to or relocate to Elk Grove Village/Melrose Park, IL Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Profit Sharing Program (eligible after 3 months) Health Insurance (eligible after 3 months) 401(k) with company match Dental insurance Bonus pay opportunities Paid Time Off & Holidays 9 paid company holidays, including major federal holidays and year-end closures 5 days of vacation after 9 months (accrued weekly) 2 paid sick days per year after 9 months Schedule & Work Environment Full-time, Monday-Friday day shift 8-hour shifts with overtime as needed In-person role at our Elk Grove Village facility Additional Information Background check may be required as part of the hiring process
