Share with Email Share on Twitter share to twitter Share on Facebook share to facebook Share on LinkedIn share to linkedin Apply Now Save Job Saved Description About the Role We are seeking a Maintenance Lead to oversee and coordinate all maintenance activities during assigned shifts. This role is critical in ensuring equipment reliability, facility safety, and operational efficiency. You will lead a team of maintenance technicians, drive preventative maintenance programs, and partner cross-functionally to support production and business objectives. What You'll Do Lead and coordinate all maintenance activities on your shift to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency Supervise, coach, and develop maintenance technicians to ensure strong performance and adherence to safety standards Perform troubleshooting and repairs on mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, steam, and pneumatic systems Execute preventative and predictive maintenance programs across facility equipment Monitor equipment performance and proactively resolve operational issues Collaborate with production and other departments to support schedules and operational needs Ensure all work meets quality, food safety, regulatory, and company standards Maintain strict adherence to safety policies and hold team accountable Step in as a Maintenance Mechanic when needed Support continuous improvement initiatives and operational goals
What You'll Bring Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required (Associate degree preferred) 2-3 years of maintenance experience (aseptic or food manufacturing environment preferred) Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
Technical Skills:
Experience with electro-mechanical systems, PLCs, pneumatics, and instrumentation preferred Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical drawings Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Email)

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Effective communication and leadership abilities Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment Team-oriented with a strong sense of accountability Self-motivated with a proactive, hands-on approach Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement Physical Requirements Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (8+ hours per shift) Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally Frequent use of hands, reaching, bending, and movement throughout the facility Visual acuity including close, distance, and depth perception Why Join Us?
