The Manufacturing Maintenance Engineer is embedded with operations at one of our 24/7 chemical manufacturing plants within the Curtis Bay site, working cross functionally with the maintenance supervisor, process engineer and production engineers. The Maintenance and Reliability team is responsible for providing world-class asset availability enabling our plant to deliver products to customers safely, within specifications, and on time. The Manufacturing Maintenance Engineer is on-site in Curtis Bay, Baltimore, MD and reports to the Senior Maintenance and Reliability Leader.

Responsibilities Develop and manage equipment maintenance plans for area equipment. Update Preventative Maintenance Plan (PM), Condition Monitoring Routes in SAP Perform Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA)/Failure Mode Elimination Analysis (FMEA) Assist with emergencies and unplanned breakdowns Identify critical spares and recommended spare parts inventory levels Identify and scope potential reliability improvement projects Contribute to maintenance planning and execution for outages. Participate in Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Physical Requirements and Environment Ability to work in a high hazard environment, including adverse weather conditions, elevated spaces, confined spaces, extreme temperatures, and noisy surroundings. Must be able to stand, walk, sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and climb stairs and ladders over 100 ft.
