Why This Role Stands Out Work on a diverse mix of equipment (manual and automated systems) Strong job stability with a national company Annual raises and paid training/certifications to grow your skills Opportunities to advance or transfer within 100+ locations Supportive team environment with independent responsibility What You'll Do Troubleshoot and repair industrial production equipment Perform mechanical maintenance on motors, bearings, belts, gears, and more Diagnose and repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems (valves, cylinders, hoses) Handle basic electrical troubleshooting and repairs Perform preventive maintenance to reduce downtime Assist with equipment installs, setup, and upgrades Troubleshoot PLC-controlled equipment (basic to intermediate) Complete welding repairs and minor fabrication as needed Support light facility maintenance tasks Accurately document work and repairs What You Bring 2+ years of industrial maintenance or maintenance mechanic experience Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills Experience with hydraulics and pneumatics Ability to handle preventive maintenance and equipment repairs independently Basic electrical and PLC troubleshooting knowledge Welding experience for equipment repair Ability to work safely and effectively with minimal supervision Preferred Experience Exposure to both older manual equipment and newer automation Experience in equipment installation and alignment Desire to learn and grow in PLCs and advanced maintenance Schedule Monday-Friday | 1:30 PM - 10:30 PM Training will be on 1st shift before transition.
