What You'll Do Set up & run DMG Mori (Siemens) and Roku-Roku/Robodrill (Fanuc) mills Edit programs at the machine using G & M code Machine very small, high-precision parts Inspect using microscopes and precision tools Hold tight tolerances (±0.0001-0.0002") Read blueprints and apply GD&T Troubleshoot and improve machining processes Skills Needed CNC mill setup experience (production or job shop) Fanuc and/or Siemens control experience Strong blueprint reading + GD&T Comfortable with micromachining and tight tolerances Attention to detail and problem-solving Nice to Have DMG Mori or Roku-Roku experience Microscopy/advanced inspection experience Why It's Good Paid advanced training after ~2 months Clean, modern, high-end shop (no heavy PPE) On-site gym, tech-focused environment Strong skill growth in precision machining Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Fridley, MN.
