As a key member of our in-house maintenance shop, you will help keep our construction equipment running reliably and safely. You'll perform preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on a variety of heavy equipment, trucks, and support vehicles. Looking For:

Solid mechanical knowledge and hands-on experience with engines (gas and diesel) Experience servicing and repairing heavy construction equipment (cranes, boom lifts, skid steers, etc. is a big plus) Ability to diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues Proficient with hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety Reliable, hardworking, and able to work independently or as part of a team Valid driver's license (CDL preferred but not required)

Qualifications:

Minimum 2-3 years of relevant mechanic experience (construction equipment or heavy-duty truck experience preferred) Technical training is a plus, but a strong willingness to learn is more important. Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in a shop environment
