Maintenance Mechanic

Looking for a Maintenance Technician/Mechanic to join our clients packing house team. This position will be responsible for daily preventive maintenance, repairing equipment/machinery as well as all other systems associated with packing. This is a full-time position that will require availability from Monday through Saturday, day shift and longer hours as required.

salary:

$49,920 - $51,200 per yearshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 4

No Degree RequiredResponsibilitiesThe Maintenance Technician responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following: Troubleshoot and repair of machinery, mechanical equipment, electric motors, pumps, hydraulic, pneumatic systems, roll, belt, and chain conveyor systems. Troubleshoot and repair any facility maintenance such as electrical, plumbing, and general building maintenance. Conduct preventive maintenance on production equipment and systems. Ensure electrical systems associated with machinery and equipment (For example, 1-phase and 3-phase motor controls, A/C control circuits, D/C control circuits, and PLC I/O) are working properly at all times. Assist and/or complete welding projects on Stainless or Mild Steel. Operate various forms of shop equipment such as drill press, grinders, band saws, hydraulic press and other common tools. Conduct tests and/or inspections of products, services, or processes to evaluate quality or performance. Install equipment, machines, wiring, or programs to meet specifications. Other duties assigned by management.
