Our commitment to craftsmanship and community drives us to deliver excellence in every project. Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Maintenance Mechanic to join our team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting a variety of industrial equipment across our manufacturing facilities. Your expertise will ensure smooth operations, minimize downtime, and uphold safety standards. Responsibilities Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance. Troubleshoot mechanical issues using schematics, technical manuals, and diagnostic tools. Repair or replace faulty components on equipment such as conveyors, mixers, pumps, and other manufacturing machinery. Read and interpret schematics and mechanical drawings to accurately diagnose problems. Assist with construction or installation projects involving new or upgraded equipment. Maintain detailed maintenance logs and safety documentation to ensure compliance with company policies. Proven experience as a maintenance mechanic or service technician in an industrial or manufacturing setting. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Excellent problem-solving skills combined with attention to detail and safety standards.
