The Social Services Aide works closely with caseworkers and social workers as part of a collaborative team, helping to enhance the intensity and effectiveness of service delivery. Team members are expected to carry out their roles with a high level of sensitivity, skill, and independent judgment. The position also requires the ability to testify credibly in court regarding observations and assessments. Duties include delivering family support services in the home, assuming assigned responsibilities within each family situation, and meeting with the primary caseworker and supervisor to clarify expectations for each case.
