PAY

• $20.00 to $25.00 per hour for Day Shift , M-F 10:00 am to 6:30 pm PAY
• $22.00 to $25.00 per hour for PM Shift , M-F 2:00 pm to 10:30 pm PAY
• $22.00 to $26.00 per hour for 2nd Shift , M-F 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm PAY
• $22.00 to $30.00 per hour for Night Shift , Wed
• Sun, 5:00 pm to 1:30 am

Job Duties:

Perform routine preventive maintenance (PM) and basic repairs on production, packaging, and facility equipment. Assist in troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues on food processing and packaging equipment. Replace and adjust belts, bearings, seals, motors, and other basic mechanical components as directed. Follow all company safety policies, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), Hazard Communication (HazCom), and Cal/OSHA requirements. Maintain accurate and timely maintenance records, work orders, and parts usage documentation. Clean, lubricate, and inspect machinery in accordance with preventive maintenance schedules. Support production teams during line changeovers, startups, and equipment setups. Immediately report unsafe conditions, near misses, or equipment malfunctions to supervision. Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean, organized, and safe condition. Other duties as assigned and necessary. Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. 0-2 years of maintenance experience, preferably in a food or beverage manufacturing environment. Basic understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and safe maintenance practices. Ability to read and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and safety guidelines. Basic computer literacy for completing work orders and maintenance logs. Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced production setting. Willingness to work flexible schedules, including overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.
