Job Description
Duties
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including but not limited to electrical, mechanical, and plumbing repairs
- Conduct inspections of facilities and equipment to identify and resolve issues
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff and tenants
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment malfunctions or breakdowns
- Coordinate with outside contractors for specialized repairs or installations
- Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment Requirements
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical manuals
- Strong electrical, mechanical, and plumbing knowledge
- Previous experience supervising maintenance staff is preferred
- Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to work independently
- Proficient in using tools and equipment to fabricate or repair parts
- Experience in facilities maintenance is highly desirable
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
