Maintenance Staff

Duties

• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including but not limited to electrical, mechanical, and plumbing repairs
• Conduct inspections of facilities and equipment to identify and resolve issues
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff and tenants
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment malfunctions or breakdowns
• Coordinate with outside contractors for specialized repairs or installations
• Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment Requirements
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical manuals
• Strong electrical, mechanical, and plumbing knowledge
• Previous experience supervising maintenance staff is preferred
• Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to work independently
• Proficient in using tools and equipment to fabricate or repair parts
• Experience in facilities maintenance is highly desirable
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
