Location:

Portland, OR 97212 We are seeking an experienced and motivated Maintenance Supervisor to lead our maintenance operations and ensure our property is safe, efficient, and well‑maintained. This role oversees the maintenance team, coordinates daily work orders, and ensures high‑quality service for all residents. Key Responsibilities Lead, train, and supervise maintenance staff Prioritize and assign daily work orders and preventative maintenance tasks Oversee repairs involving HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliances Ensure timely completion of unit turns and renovations Maintain inventory of tools, supplies, and equipment Conduct regular property inspections to identify maintenance needs Respond to emergency maintenance situations as needed Ensure compliance with safety standards and property policies Qualifications 3+ years of property maintenance experience; supervisory experience preferred Strong knowledge of building systems and general repairs

EPA/HVAC
