Maintenance Supervisor

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Maintenance Supervisor to lead our facilities maintenance team in ensuring optimal operation of manufacturing and industrial equipment. This role is vital in maintaining a safe, efficient, and reliable environment by overseeing maintenance activities, managing technical staff, and coordinating with various departments. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive mechanical and electrical knowledge, and experience with industrial systems to drive continuous improvement and uphold high standards of facility management. Must possess Current Driver's License Responsibilities Supervise daily maintenance operations, including preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance across all facilities and equipment. Lead a team of technicians and maintenance personnel, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to foster a high-performing work environment. Manage maintenance schedules using Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) software to ensure timely completion of tasks. Oversee the troubleshooting and repairs Maintain compliance with safety regulations related to high voltage, low voltage, HVAC systems, and other industrial equipment. Develop and implement projects for facility upgrades or equipment improvements, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets. Requirements Proven management experience in facilities or industrial maintenance environments with supervising responsibilities. Strong mechanical knowledge coupled with electrical experience, including working with remote locks, and HVAC systems. Familiarity with maintenance management systems for tracking work orders and asset management. Knowledge of high voltage and low voltage electrical systems along with safety protocols for handling such equipment. Experience in manufacturing or industrial settings with a focus on facilities management. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to supervise teams effectively while fostering collaboration. Proficiency in English for clear communication across teams and documentation purposes. Project management skills to oversee upgrades or new installations efficiently.
