Maintenance Supervisor (high-speed machines)

We are seeking a dynamic Maintenance Supervisor to manage a group of skilled maintenance technicians and electricians for a high-speed packaging operation. Supervise Packaging Maintenance department activities to meet budget and maintain the plant packaging equipment in a safe, sanitary and efficient condition while implementing improvements to maximize plant efficiency. Apply management practices and procedures in developing subordinates to maximize individual effectiveness. Essential Functions Ensures efficient utilization of department personnel. Ensures proper maintenance planning and implements plan to maximize plant assets. Utilize and coordinate outside services in accordance with spending plan to achieve goals. Documents and justifies needs, and specifies inventories of supplies and spare parts. Ensures departmental personnel are properly trained in packaging processes, equipment and procedures. Achieves production goals and efficiency standards using approved staffing. Responsible for the development and continued effective operation of Preventative Develops written policies and procedures to ensure the above goals are met. Qualifications Working knowledge of food processing packaging systems, machinery and controls. Proven supervisory skills.

Pay:

$105,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
