Senior Manager, US Portfolio Marketing, Rare Blood Disorders Location:
Cambridge, MA About the Role We are looking for a Senior Manager of US Portfolio Marketing that will develop and lead marketing projects and operations important to the success of the team. The Senior Manager, US Portfolio Marketing role reports to the Head, US Portfolio Marketing and will have a focus on the Hemophilia Franchise. This role will be responsible for supporting a cohesive strategy across the team by working closely with internal and external stakeholders. Join the team transforming care for people with immune challenges, rare diseases, cancers, and neurological conditions. In Specialty Care, you'll help deliver breakthrough treatments that bring hope to patients with some of the highest unmet needs.

AD of Hemophilia Franchise Marketing About You Required Qualifications:
Bachelor of Arts (BA) or Bachelor of Science (BS) degree (Marketing degree is preferred) 3 years of experience in marketing at a pharmaceutical/healthcare or biotech company, and/or experience in an advertising/marketing firm serving pharmaceutical/healthcare or biotech companies Ability to travel ~25%.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Promotional Review Board (PRB) Experience working with business line (BL) teams Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel Excellent collaboration skills and ability to partner effectively with cross-functional partners. Experience managing creative agencies and/or other third-party vendors Demonstrated abilities to prioritize and manage multiple projects Strong business acumen and demonstrate understanding of the business environment, communication, and presentation skills Experience working in the legal and regulatory landscape pertaining to pharmaceutical marketing: including medical/legal/regulatory review committee process Well organized and detail oriented.
