Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee daily maintenance operations to ensure safe, efficient, and productive workflow. Supervise maintenance personnel and provide guidance to support team performance and operational goals. Coordinate with cross-functional departments to maintain smooth and uninterrupted operations. Monitor productivity and ensure maintenance activities are completed in alignment with company objectives and timelines. Assist with maintenance planning, scheduling, and resource allocation to optimize efficiency. Troubleshoot equipment and operational issues to minimize downtime and maintain productivity. Ensure compliance with safety procedures, company policies, and quality standards. Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance maintenance processes and overall operational performance.

Qualifications:

Supervisory Skills, Communication Production Planning, Production Management Operations Management Strong leadership and problem-solving skills Reading manuals and blueprints, troubleshooting, and using computer software like

CMMS HMI, PLC

programming, and electrical skills Experience in the manufacturing or waste management industries is beneficial
