Job Description

Quanex is looking for a Maintenance Technician II to join our team in Luck, Wisconsin. In this role, you are responsible for performing skilled maintenance and repair work on production equipment and facilities to ensure optimal performance and functionality. This position will require knowledge in hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical, and industrial mechanics.
Schedule:
Monday
  • Friday from 7:00am

What Success Looks Like:
Have a safety-first mindset Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain manufacturing equipment Maintain and order inventory of spare parts and equipment Train and mentor junior technicians Perform preventive maintenances tasks to prevent breakdowns and major overhauls Experience to troubleshoot programmable logic controllers (PLCs) Assist in the selection, installation, and start-up of new equipment and systems
What You Bring:
2 year technical college degree or equivalent in related field 5+ years of industrial, hands-on Maintenance experience preferred Strong electrical ability and mechanical systems knowledge Welding and shop experience Hydraulics and pneumatics experience Basic machine tool knowledge The targeted hourly rate is $27.97

95 per hour based on experience.
