Required:

High school diploma or GED Strong mechanical aptitude with experience working with electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems Ability to perform scheduled preventative maintenance and basic repairs Good organizational skills for record-keeping and inventory management At least 1 year of hands-on maintenance experience in manufacturing or technical school training in mechanics Nice to

Have:

Experience with SAP or similar maintenance management systems Additional technical training in mechanics or related fields Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment

Preferred Education and Experience:

Technical training or coursework in mechanics 1+ years of practical maintenance experience

Other Requirements:

Availability for a standard daylight shift from 7am to 3:30pm Ability to maintain safety standards and perform routine equipment inspections Willingness to support various production areas as needed

Pay/Raise Schedule:

1st raise: $22.75

• 3 months 2nd raise: $23.90
• 6 months 3rd raise: $25.00
• 9 months 4th raise: $26.35
