Maintenance Technician

Job Title:

Maintenance Technician Job Description Responsible for ensuring the safe and reliable operation of all production machinery and facility systems in a manufacturing environment. This role involves maintaining and executing preventive and corrective maintenance concerns, ensuring compliance with safety and production standards, and minimizing equipment downtime. The technician will maintain accurate records, adhere to safety protocols, and perform additional duties as assigned to support the operational needs of the facility. Responsibilities Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment to ensure safe, reliable operation and minimal downtime. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. Document maintenance activities, repairs, and parts usage in the

CMMS/ERP

system. Ensure all equipment and maintenance activities comply with OSHA and company safety standards, including strict adherence to lockout/tagout procedures. Conduct routine equipment and facility inspections to identify and address safety or operational issues. Maintain maintenance parts inventory and coordinate ordering with management. Support facility maintenance needs, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems. Collaborate with production and engineering teams to prioritize work and support production schedules. Participate in continuous improvement and root cause analysis efforts. Perform other duties as assigned. Essential Skills 2-3 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment. Strong troubleshooting skills across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. Experience with

CMMS/ERP

systems. Solid knowledge of OSHA regulations and workplace safety practices. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and communicate effectively. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience with PLCs, automation, robotics, or braze ovens is a plus. Relevant certifications (CMRT, electrical, HVAC) preferred but not required. Why Work Here?
