• Full-time Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facilities maintenance and possess a variety of technical skills to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various systems including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems. Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for tracking maintenance activities and inventory management. Fabricate parts and components as needed to support maintenance tasks. Conduct inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and safety. Lead small teams on specific projects or repairs, providing guidance and support as necessary. Execute residential painting tasks to maintain aesthetic quality within facilities. Troubleshoot issues with logic controllers and other automated systems. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory usage. Qualifications Proven experience in facilities maintenance with a strong mechanical knowledge base. Proficiency in electrical systems, welding, and fabrication techniques is preferred. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage small teams effectively. Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS). Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing. A logical approach to troubleshooting and problem-solving is essential. Previous experience in residential painting is a plus.
