High SchoolResponsibilities Must be able to manipulate tools and fasteners repetitively in narrow spaces and with sufficient force to repair, install, and remove equipment Maintaining a clean, safe and efficient workplace by following all 5S Standard Troubleshooting and repairing equipment, installing and/or moving equipment Must be able to read precision measurement tools for quality assurance and set-up Must be able to visually and audibly scan equipment and material for indication of improper or unsafe operation Align, adjust, and calibrate equipment Install electrical circuits following blueprints & schematic diagrams. Must be able to clearly communicate operational information regarding the equipment to co-workers and management in written form 2-5 years of Multi-craft Maintenance experience Mechanical and Electrical background Experienced in hydraulic, pneumatic, and power transmission Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair electrical components on production equipment Properly utilize measuring tools for troubleshooting and fabrication Welding fabrication experience Quality experience with instrument knowledge Ability to Interpret complex customer blueprints and distinguish various customer flaws Ability to operate and read various measuring devices Tape measure Calipers Micrometer Digital protractor Interpret complex blueprints Weld and cut steel alloys using
