Maintenance Technician

Overview We are actively seeking Robotic Maintenance Technicians near Pleasant Valley, MO. These are direct hire positions, working 5p-5a on a 2-2-3 rotating schedule. This role performs advanced troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance on production equipment and facility systems. Job Responsibilities Diagnose and repair issues on plant facilities and production equipment across electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems Perform robotic system maintenance and troubleshooting Execute scheduled preventive maintenance on equipment and facility systems Assist in development and improvement of preventive maintenance programs Maintain and update equipment records, schematics, and technical documentation Ensure proper documentation and organization of maintenance files and records Job Requirements Experience troubleshooting and repairing electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems Robotic maintenance experience Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical documentation Experience working with production equipment in a manufacturing environment Knowledge of preventive maintenance practices and procedures Preferred Skills Experience with automated manufacturing systems and robotics integration Familiarity with PLC-controlled equipment and industrial automation Experience supporting continuous operation production environments Knowledge of equipment lifecycle management and maintenance tracking systems #GRP2 Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, term life insurance, short-term disability insurance, additional voluntary benefits, commuter benefits and 401K plan.
