Maintenance Technician

Overview We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in facilities maintenance, ensuring that all equipment and systems are operating efficiently. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to providing excellent customer service. Duties Perform routine maintenance and repairs on residential properties, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems. Conduct inspections to identify issues and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Utilize schematics to troubleshoot and repair equipment effectively. Execute residential painting tasks as needed to maintain property aesthetics. Operate tools such as an ohmmeter for electrical testing and diagnostics. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed. Respond promptly to service requests from residents, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Qualifications Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot various systems. Ability to read and interpret schematics for effective problem-solving. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on resident satisfaction. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean work environment. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating good supervisory skills when necessary.
