MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

Are you an experienced Maintenance Technician and looking for your next career opportunity? We are hiring a Maintenance Technician for a plastic manufacturer in the Weldon/ Roanoke Rapids, NC area. This company is offering extremely fast growth for the right individual. This will be a 3rd shift direct hire opportunity but will eventually move to a 2-2-3 7pm-7:30am schedule Monday-Friday 11pm-7:30am angel.wise@randstadusa.

AMeducation:

High SchoolResponsibilitiesMaintenance technician to assist in maintenance duties related to the repair & maintenance of all manufacturing equipment, material handling equipment, plant utility systems & any other facility systems as needed. Will need to carry out installations, knowledge of electrical systems and components and diagnose controls Experienced electric maintenance technician Understanding of electrical, hydraulic pneumatic, vacuum, chiller & PUL control and other systems Extrusion experience is a PLUS Blown film experience is a PLUS The essential functions of this role include:wearing steel toe shoesworking in a non-temperature controlled environmentmanual lifting up to 50lbsstanding for 8 hours at one timeworking weekendsSkillsMaintenance (2 years of experience is required)Electrical (1 year of experience is required)Mechanical Maintenance (2 years of experience is required)PLC ControlsFabricationBlueprints (1 year of experience is required)Manufacturing (1 year of experience is required)QualificationsYears of experience: 2 yearsExperience level: ExperiencedRandstad is a world leader in matching great people with great companies.
