Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently. Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing accurate information and routing calls appropriately. Handle guest requests, complaints, and inquiries promptly to ensure a positive experience. Maintain accurate reservation records and update guest profiles using hotel management software. Conduct night audits when scheduled, balancing accounts and preparing reports to ensure financial accuracy. Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest stays. Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and security teams to address guest needs swiftly and effectively. Uphold phone etiquette standards and ensure all guest interactions reflect our commitment to hospitality excellence. Experience Proven experience in hotel management or front desk operations within a resort or hospitality setting. Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs in a multilingual environment. Knowledge of hotel management systems and reservation software is preferred. Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve our diverse clientele effectively. Familiarity with night audit procedures and multi-line phone systems enhances operational efficiency. Previous experience in guest services or hospitality roles demonstrates your ability to deliver memorable experiences. A background in hotel experience combined with excellent communication skills will set you up for success in this energetic role.
