Maintenance Technician

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Mechanic to join our team at our egg processing facility in Waialua. This role is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing processing equipment to ensure efficient and safe daily operations. The ideal candidate is hands-on, mechanically inclined, and able to work in a fast-paced agricultural environment. Duties Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on egg processing and packaging equipment Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical and pneumatic issues Maintain conveyors, graders, washers, refrigeration systems, and other facility equipment Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical diagrams to diagnose issues accurately. Assist with construction or renovation projects by installing or upgrading mechanical systems and equipment. Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs performed, and parts used for accountability and future reference. Lead or support team efforts during emergency repairs or system failures to minimize downtime. Ensure compliance with safety, OSHA, and Company policies Requirements Proven experience with three phase motors Factory maintenance and electrical experience Knowledge in troubleshooting three phase drive motors and conveyors . Ability to read schematics, technical diagrams, and blueprints confidently. Hands-on experience with equipment repair, installation, and maintenance in commercial or industrial settings. Familiarity with construction processes related to mechanical systems is a plus. Strong mechanical knowledge combined with problem-solving skills to troubleshoot effectively under pressure. Leadership qualities that enable guiding junior team members or coordinating repair efforts when necessary. Excellent communication skills to document work accurately and collaborate with team members effectively. Own your own tools a plus! Pay:
