Maintenance Technician

🚨 2nd Shift Maintenance Technician | Greater Boston Area 🚨 A growing, family-owned food manufacturer with over 60 years of success is seeking a strong Maintenance Technician to join their 2nd shift team in the Greater Boston area. Schedule:

Monday-Thursday | 2:30pm-2:30am (Enjoy 3-day weekends every week) 💰

Compensation:

$40-$45/hr. + regular overtime What we are looking for:

• Manufacturing maintenance experience (food manufacturing preferred)
• Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills
• PLCs, automation, and production equipment experience
• Preventive maintenance and downtime reduction mindset
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
