This onsite role works a rotating overnight schedule : Wednesday & Thursday plus every other Friday-Sunday | 6:00 PM•6:00 AM This is a highly skilled maintenance position supporting a modern dairy processing facility with automated production, packaging, robotics, utilities, and wastewater systems operating in a 24/7 environment.

Pay & Shift Premiums :

Base Pay:

$26.34•$31.93 per hour

Bonus Eligible:

What You'll Be Doing :

As a Maintenance Technician, you'll play a critical role in maintaining and troubleshooting automated dairy production systems while supporting safety, food quality, and plant reliability. Key responsibilities include : Troubleshooting and repairing automated production and packaging equipment Maintaining PLC-controlled systems, robotics, conveyors, pumps, and utilities Supporting ammonia refrigeration, boilers, wastewater, HVAC, and compressed air systems Performing preventive and predictive maintenance using CMMS software Reading electrical schematics, P&IDs, and technical manuals Supporting food safety and regulatory compliance initiatives Assisting with inspections, calibrations, and audits Responding to occasional after-hours maintenance needs Qualified candidates will have : High School Diploma or GED 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills Experience working with PLCs, VFDs, instrumentation, and automation systems Ability to read electrical schematics and technical drawings Comfort working in manufacturing environments with varying temperatures and physical demands Experience in food, beverage, or sanitary processing environments is strongly preferred. Certifications in ammonia refrigeration, boiler operations, PLC systems, or wastewater operations are a plus. Why Apply?
