This onsite leadership role works Sunday through Thursday from 10:00 PM•7:00 AM and plays a key role in ensuring smooth production, packaging, sanitation, and butter operations in a 24/7 manufacturing setting.

What You'll Be Doing:

As the Production Supervisor, you'll oversee production teams while ensuring high standards for safety, food quality, and operational efficiency. You'll coach employees, monitor performance, support continuous improvement initiatives, and collaborate with maintenance, quality, and plant leadership teams.

This role includes:

Leading production, packaging, and sanitation operations Supporting food safety programs including HACCP and BRCGS compliance Coaching and developing production employees Monitoring KPIs and improving operational performance Supporting audits, inspections, and compliance initiatives Ensuring accurate documentation and production records Assisting during staffing shortages or high-demand production periods What We're Looking For We're seeking a hands-on leader with: 3+ years of dairy manufacturing experience At least 1 year in a supervisory or lead role Strong understanding of food safety and quality systems Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work flexible hours, holidays, and weekends when needed Experience with systems such as SAP, Microsoft Office, Ignition, or Limble preferred Food safety certifications such as HACCP or PCQI are a plus, along with Wisconsin certifications in pasteurization, butter making, or cheese making.
