Maintenance Technician Day & Night Shifts Available! Direct Placement Job Description You will work with large industrial-sized boilers and machinery, including coal-fired systems used in brick manufacturing. This role involves maintaining equipment with hydraulic and mechanical components. Responsibilities Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain mechanical equipment, automated PLCs, robots, and computer-controlled equipment. Perform process improvements to support production operations. Read and interpret drawings with limited supervision. Conduct mechanical repairs such as replacing bearings, gearboxes, and welding. Perform preventative maintenance, changeovers, and routine plant maintenance. Why Work Here? Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $58240.00 - $66560.00/yr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
