Production Supervisor in Madison, NC Day Shift (223) Direct Placement Job Description We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to ensure a smooth and efficient manufacturing process. This role involves monitoring employees and organizing workflows in a fast-paced production environment. The ideal candidate will be capable of optimizing daily activities while minimizing costs, ensuring that production processes deliver high-quality products profitably. Responsibilities Set daily, weekly, and monthly objectives and communicate them to employees. Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules. Oversee and coach employees to ensure optimal performance. Ensure the safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance. Check production output according to specifications. Submit reports on performance and progress. Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements. Train new employees on machinery safety and procedural compliance. Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards.
