Production Shift Leader

Position Summary The Shift Leader is responsible for overseeing daily production operations during assigned shifts, ensuring safety, efficiency, quality control, and team performance. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and is passionate about driving results. Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate production staff during assigned shifts
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures
• Monitor equipment and production processes to maintain efficiency and quality standards
• Train, coach, and motivate team members
• Troubleshoot operational issues and escalate as needed
• Maintain accurate production and shift reports
• Collaborate with maintenance and management teams to minimize downtime
• Promote a positive, team-oriented work environment Qualifications
• Previous supervisory experience in manufacturing, recycling, or industrial operations preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings or weekends as needed
