• 35/hour with benefits

• Conduct routine inspections of facilities to identify and resolve maintenance issues.
• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment and systems to ensure optimal functioning. Repairs
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing problems promptly and effectively.
• Respond to maintenance requests and resolve issues in a timely manner.

Equipment Installation:

• Install new equipment and systems as needed, ensuring proper functionality and safety.

Troubleshooting:

• Identify and troubleshoot issues with building systems and equipment.
• Collaborate with other team members to solveplex maintenance problems.

Documentation:

• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment installations.
• Provide regular updates on maintenance tasks and project progress.

Safety Compliance:

• Ad to all safety protocols and regulations while performing maintenance tasks.
• any safety concerns or violations to the appropriate personnel.

Communication:

• Communicate effectively with colleagues, supervisors, and other staff members.
• Provide clear and concise information on maintenance issues and resolutions.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or relevant trade school education is a plus.
• Proven experience of 2 + years as a Maintenance Technician or similar role in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and drawings.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Basicputer skills for record-keeping andmunication purposes.
• Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and perform tasks requiring manual dexterity.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to maintenance.
