Maintenance Technician (Louisa, VA) Tetra Pak Tubex Inc. is looking for a Maintenance Technician to be based out of our Louisa, VA factory. This position that will perform all maintenance tasks involved in the production of straws, by following standard work methods to ensure quality and safe work practices. Job summary A maintenance technician works on equipment maintenance including breakdown maintenance. They maintain the machines as per AM/PM logs, ensure proper equipment works during the shift and correct anomalies in case of breakdown, peform preventive and corrective activities on equipment according to maintenance plans under the supervision of Maintenance Engineer.
Participate in regular preventive maintenance.
Maintain MDM request and update equipment tree in SAP5 based on requests.
Attend to breakdowns onsite ensuring arapid response and that plant equipment and machine breakdown time is minimisedParticipate as a member in maintenance improvement teams

You will:
Follow production safety rules and work according to existing procedures/standards and maintenance processReceive and sort spare parts, consumables/supplies as per SOP and 5S standards.Participate in regular preventive maintenance.
