Maintenance Technician

OVERVIEW

The

MAINTENANCE PERSON

is the company's representative whose primary duties are to perform basic maintenance and repair including apartment turns and remodels.

will contact a person of authority should any situation warrant an action of decision not included in his or her duties and responsibilities or outside the scope of his/her skill level.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

A MAINTENANCE PERSON

is to keep every job site clean and safe and perform all duties in a manor that is conducive to create a safe and hazard free environment. CONDUCT Maintains a professional, yet friendly, atmosphere on the properties and other areas where prospective residents and current residents may be met. • Represent the company in a professional manner at all times.

ADMINISTRATIVE

Physically inspects community when on grounds, picks up litter and fixes any service needs immediately. Attends KKG Management LLC meetings when requested. Prepares weekly time sheets, per property, showing work performed and hours per specific task. GENERAL Performs any additional duties assigned by OWNER. Attendance is an imperative job function. Employees must fulfill the performance standards of this position and comply with policies, rules and procedures of the company, including those set out or otherwise communicated (verbally or written) to employees.

EXPERIENCE

Proven experience in maintenance roles with a focus on mechanical systems. Familiarity with logic controllers and their applications in maintenance tasks is preferred. Strong command of the English language for effective communication with clients and team members. Leadership skills are an asset, particularly in supervising projects or teams. Experience in electrical work is highly desirable, along with a background in residential painting. A commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and safety in all tasks performed.
