• 12:00 AM Summary Installs, maintains, and repairs slaughter machinery and equipment by performing the following duties.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Repairs slaughter equipment. Welds stainless steel equipment. Takes care of hydraulic unit, vacuum units, paw transfer piping and pits and equipment in offal. Monitors hydraulic fluid level. Set up, tear down, make adjustments and rebuild equipment as necessary. Must be able to operate Powered Industrial Equipment to include but not limited to, a forklift, scissor lift, pallet jack etc. This is a safety sensitive position.
