• 5:00 PM Summary Handles all purchasing and inventory, also handles the receipt and disbursement of parts by performing the following duties for the Heavener facilities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Receives parts into the department. Fills orders or issues parts from stock. Maintains inventory and other stock records. Places stock in its proper place. Completes all work orders. Purchases parts and equipment. Keeps up with capital or major repair projects. Runs reports on parts usage for equipment. Keeps budget numbers. Maintains inventory. Calls vendors for parts availability. Receives parts and equipment. This is a safety sensitive position.
