Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician for our facility in Howe, OK. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for maintaining and ensuring the cleanliness, safety, and functionality of all equipment and facilities. This position plays a critical role in preventative maintenance and responding to emergency maintenance requests. Key Responsibilities
Ensure all facilities are kept in a clean, safe, and comfortable state.
Perform preventative maintenance on equipment and facilities to minimize downtime.
Respond to emergency maintenance requests in a timely manner.
Complete required training for all new hires and offer on-the-job training support.
Assist with various duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager.
Communicate effectively with employees, supervisors, and management.
Follow all company policies and procedures, including safety regulations, OSHA standards, and company handbook protocols.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED preferred, or equivalent experience of 3 to 5 years with a stable work history.
Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to read and understand technical drawings and manuals.
Effective communication skills with the ability to write clear and concise correspondence.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for extended periods, bend, kneel, twist, and reach overhead. Must be capable of pushing, pulling, and working overhead up to 30 feet and climbing stairs multiple times a day.
A valid Driver's License and being at least 21 years of age are required.
