Maintenance Technician

Job Title:

Building Maintenance Worker (Pay ranges from $24 - $35 depenigning on experience) Job Description The Building Maintenance Worker performs basic repairs and maintenance tasks to ensure the facility remains safe, functional, and presentable. This role supports the day-to-day upkeep of the manufacturing site and assists other technicians with larger maintenance projects. Responsibilities Perform basic repairs, including painting walls and surfaces, patching and plastering holes, replacing light bulbs and fixtures, and fixing leaky sinks and minor plumbing issues. Conduct routine inspections of the building to identify maintenance needs. Maintain cleanliness and organization of maintenance areas and tools. Assist lead technicians with larger projects such as HVAC repairs, electrical work, and equipment installations. Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff and departments. Follow safety protocols and report hazards or unsafe conditions. Maintain records of work completed and materials used.
