Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and skilled Maintenance Technician II to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing equipment within manufacturing facilities, ensuring optimal performance and safety. Your expertise in industrial mechanics, electrical systems, hydraulics, and field service will contribute significantly to the seamless operation of our clients' production processes. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your technical knowledge in a fast-paced environment while supporting continuous improvement initiatives. Duties Perform routine and preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment, including mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems Troubleshoot complex machinery issues utilizing schematics, technical manuals, and analysis skills Operate precision measuring instruments such as ammeters, ohmmeters, and multimeters to diagnose electrical problems Repair or replace components using welding techniques (including <
LOCATION
> welding), hydraulic fittings, or mechanical adjustments Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to document work orders, track maintenance history, and schedule future tasks Conduct inspections of high voltage and low voltage electrical systems to ensure safety compliance and operational integrity Support field service activities by diagnosing equipment failures on-site and providing timely solutions Skills Extensive experience working within manufacturing facilities with industrial maintenance responsibilities Strong knowledge of programmable logic controllers (PLCs), schematics, and control systems Proficiency with CMMS software for maintenance planning and record keeping Skilled in hydraulics, welding ( welding preferred), HVAC/R systems, and mechanical repairs Ability to interpret technical drawings and schematics accurately Electrical experience with high voltage and low voltage systems; familiarity with industrial electrician practices Hands-on experience operating scissor lifts and other industrial equipment safely Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English Analysis skills for troubleshooting complex machinery issues efficiently Background in industrial mechanic work or military maintenance experience is highly desirable Join us as a Maintenance Technician II to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to excellence in industrial maintenance.
